Accredited, in the USA, means you reach a certain financial position ($200k single/ $300k married or $1M net worth). It's like a sticker you get to wear that gets you into next-level investing opportunities. Pretty awesome. Now- why do I care? Because from time to time we have real estate opportunities to discuss and can only raise this money from accredited investors. We just wanna make sure we're talking about those deals to the right people! Zero pressure, zero obligation. It's just nice to know. Learn more about being accredited.
