I’m back to reading The Way of Kings by Brandon Sanderson. I’ve been "reading" it forever, but I took a long break. Now that I’ve picked it back up, I can see why everyone calls it one of the best fantasy books of all time. I’m about a quarter of the way through and enjoying it!

Building wealth through real estate isn't hard.

Cancer is hard. Betrayal is hard. Regret is hard.

But reading a book about real estate?

Studying the market and analyzing deals daily?

Building a strong network of mentors who are further along than you?

These are "scary" for some of you who want to get into real estate or are wondering why you're stuck with your current level of success.

Don't confuse "scary" for "hard."
