I want to tell you how to become rich and famous.

Ok, not rich. I've got books on that. And honestly, you probably know as much as me on that.

And not really famous either because I'm definitely not famous.

However, I DO wanna talk about something really cool I'm putting together for a few close friends of mine - and it's designed to get you at least "niche famous". And when I say "niche famous", I specifically mean through social media. And in our world - “niche famous” means a much easier time getting rich.

I may have lost some of you, but let me give you the why, then the summary of what I'm doing, and then the super high price point that'll drive most people away but will ensure a real high caliber person.

I'm not kidding either - it's not gonna be cheap.

First the why.

Over the past few years, I've raise a bit over $200 million for Open Door Capital - pretty much entirely through social media.

I've sold over a million copies of books, most of those sales through social media and the podcast.

I've found pretty much all my employees through social media - and I'm hiring people WAY over-qualified for what I'm actually paying because they want to be near me.

In other words, if I had to nail down a single leverage point to the crazy growth I've had, it's been my ability to get people to know me, like me, and trust me at scale.

I call those people "KLT Followers" - because they know, like, and trust me. When you have a lot of these “KLT Followers”, you can do SO much.

Whenever I speak at conferences or go on podcasts, this is probably the most common thing I'm asked about. How can you build a loyal community of followers can convert into funds. This is a whole new world, and those who master it, make more money and work less. So that's the why.

Now here's what I'm planning…

I'm putting together a super small group of super high-level entrepreneurs who want to do more of what I've done. When I say "super small", I'm talking ten people or so.

We're going to get together in October in California right around BPCon and we're gonna spend a whole day learning from me and one another. Then, we're going to work together for an entire year to help one another skyrocket our internet presence - including a spring meetup at my house in Maui.

We'll meet once a month on a Zoom call to check in and learn from others who are crushing it with their social presences.

We'll promote one another's social endeavors - so yes, that means I'm going to point my audience toward you throughout the year. When I launch my new podcast in the new year, you're going to be a guest on it.

I'll introduce you to podcasts you should be on and people you should know.

You'll have my number and can call and ask me questions and I can help you get to whatever level you're trying to get to.

I haven't done anything like this before, and I'm really excited to be able to dive deep into just a few of my friend's online businesses to help them grow.

Specifically, here's a few of the areas I plan to cover in October and throughout the year:

  • Copywriting that will get people excited to read whatever it is you're writing

  • Getting your followers off social and into your CRM

  • Hiring and managing virtual assistants to run this entire process for you

  • Email and phone marketing ideas

  • Influencer networking tips

  • Social media tools that'll save you time and keep you organized

  • Camera, mic, and other gear you need to use

  • How to appear more exciting and energetic on camera

  • I'll critique your social media. We'll analyze several successful accounts and look at what's made them effective.

Plus a lot more that I can't fit onto this page. And it all kicks off in San Diego in October - either the day before or the day after BPCon.

We're hosting at this crazy nice mansion a few miles from BPCon, so if you're staying at the hotel for BPCon, you can just Uber down.

Ok, finally, let's talk "investment” which is the cheesy internet marketing term for "price". But in this case, I really mean it…

I hope this pays off 100-fold for you over the coming years. I really believe the amount of money you can raise for real estate deals, the number of rock star employees you can attract, the networking you can do with other high level people - it's all in direct proportion to the number of "KLT Followers" you have. And I wanna get you a TON of them over the next year.

So the cost is $250,000 per year - I'm kidding. It's not that crazy. It's not $100k either, or $50k - though I did have someone offer me that recently.

It's $25,000 for the year. And again, there’s only 10 people in the group and I want you there.

Think of it this way:

If I get one investor to give me $100,000 into a deal, I can buy $300,000 of real estate with it. That $300,000 should grow to $400,000 over the coming years, and I'll get about 30% of that profit.

In other words, when I get just one single investor into my fund, I can expect to eventually make $30,000 or so in profit at Open Door Capital. And I've got over 1,200 from my social in the past few years…
