 What I'm Reading:

Right now, Iโ€™m re-reading a book called Rework by Jason Fried and David Heinemeier Hansson. It's funny - when I first read this almost a decade ago, I was blown away at the concept of doing work "differently." Now, I realize most of what this book talks about I'm already doing. Remote office, less structure, more fun. I think this book made a bigger impact on me years ago than I realized! Definitely recommend: 8/10 Hereโ€™s a link

What I've Learned:

This might sound dumb, but this week I learned (or, rather, re-learned) that I need to plan my meals out in the morning or else I'm just "winging it" throughout the day, and much more likely to eat crap all day. I lost 40 pounds by being intentional with my meals... and I've gotten away from it a bit. Been working with a site called "MyBodyTutor" for a while and that's one of their core tenets, so I've re-learned that this week.

(MyBodyTutor, or MBT, is the company that helped me lose my 40lbs and keep it off. I love em so much so that now I'm an affiliate for them. So if you ever check em out and sign up - I might get some $$. So - thanks in advance if you do! ๐Ÿ˜‰ )

What I've Purchased:

I didn't grow up loving coffee. Correction: I hated coffee. But I loved the idea of coffee. So in my early twenties I forced myself to start enjoying coffee. And I do. Well - how the heck did I go 15 years of drinking coffee before ever trying a latte!? They are incredible! So - I just bought myself a Breville Bambino Plus latte maker and I've been downing about 4 lattes a day. That might have been the best $500 purchase I've made this year.

What I Photographed:

Each week I share a photo I snapped in the previous week. Sometimes serious. Sometimes random and funny. Maybe a selfie once in a while. Just because.
